In 2018, we couldn\u2019t think of anything more important to shine a spotlight on than the accomplishments of women in Canadian film. During the rise of the #MeToo movement, this conversation was timely, urgent and meaningful, and we wanted to keep it going and look toward a future in which women \u2014 and other underrepresented groups \u2014 find their voices, and tell their stories in greater numbers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
