Oakville Festivals of Film and Art presents a special screening of the inspiring documentary The Pitch, which covers the formation of the Northern Super League, Canada’s premiere women’s soccer league.This screening will be preceded by a video intro from Canadian soccer star and league founder, Diana Matheson. There will also be a pre-screening discussion with AFC Toronto Goaltender, Danielle Krzyzaniak, and a post-screening Q&A with the film’s executive producer Nathalie Cook.
