“CanFilmDay is one of the most fun events of the year. Little by little it has become a cultural reference point for the diplomatic community in Costa Rica.

community events

CanFilmDay isn’t just about major screenings with big stars — even the smallest screenings have a big impact. In Ontario, the 20th Welland Scouts made their own cardboard cars for a homemade drive-in screening, and in Toronto the world’s smallest IMAX theatre at Little Canada screened NFB shorts all day long.

A fantastic celebration of the power of film to unite us, teach us and inspire us.
