What happens next?
Now it’s time to choose your film and start thinking about your event details! Check out our Spotlight page for the list of films available to choose from. If you’d like some programming advice, or can’t seem to find something that suits your needs, please get in touch. We’re happy to make recommendations and help you find the perfect film(s).
We will be in touch with a confirmation form so you can order your film copy and share your event details with us. Before then, please start planning ahead with the steps below (and don’t worry, we’ll also send this by email):
- Think about who your target audience is
- Choose your film(s) from our Spotlight list
- Determine what time of day your event will be
- Secure a space
- Ensure the availability of projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, chairs, and any other equipment you need in your venue.
- Determine how you’ll watch your film: Does the venue have internet capability for streaming, or is a DVD player required?
- Assemble any staff or volunteers you’ll need to plan your event beforehand, and to run it on the big day
